Hello, I'm Isabel.

I love paper! And I love design, too! These are my two passions. I spend a lot of my time working with dimensional paper works and constructing pop-ups.

After graduating from the Art Academy of Cincinnati back in 2008 with a BFA in Visual Communication Design, I worked at LPK, a large branding and design firm in Cincinnati. After that, I choose to further my education with an MFA degree in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2011.

Although originally from Ecuador, I have lived and visited multiple places around the globe and have embraced the excitement that is experiencing multiple cultures. I have been fortunate to have been a public speaker and presenter at a few international events. Needless to say, I love to travel!

Besides my obsession with everything paper, I have a couple of other things I like to do. From time to time you may find me baking delicious intricate desserts, folding little tiny origami crabs, hiking in the woods or near shores (when living in places close to large bodies of water) and drinking a good Carménère bottle of wine with friends.

I currently reside in Philadelphia, PA, with my husband and our long hair fuzzy dachshund, Moose.
